Dr Zamokuhle B Khuzwayo, completed his junior degree (MBChB) in 1998 from the University of Natal (UND). He joined department of Family Medicine where he obtained his Masters degree in Family Medicine (Family Physician) in 2004. He then joined the department of ENT (Nelson Mandela School of Medicine) and completed his Fellowship in 2011, later followed by his Masters (MMed.Otol.) in 2013.
